Matthew Roy received his undergraduate degree in Government from CSU, Sacramento and was graduated from the McGeorge School of Law. While living in Sacramento, Matthew has participated in various community groups and organizations. He has served on the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges after his appointment from Governor Gray Davis as well as the Board of Directors for the Camellia Symphony Association of Sacramento. Mr. Roy has also volunteered regularly with Habitat for Humanity and the LACBA-Domestic Violence Project.
